Essentially it says that Netalgae has a team that can travel pretty much anywhere to overcome any legal and environmental objections to any type of seaweed harvesting.

This is frightening as It reveals complete disregard for environmental and legal considerations and must be taken as a picture of the real drivers and policies of the eu as regards the environment
